1. Service description

Reward Wallet provides software that helps participating businesses offer digital loyalty stamp cards to customers. Customers can create an account, join eligible reward cards, receive stamps, redeem eligible rewards, manage preferences, and request account deletion. Business owners can manage a reward card, display or print QR codes, issue stamps, redeem rewards, and review activity for their business.

Reward Wallet is not a bank, payment wallet, stored-value account, gift card product, money-transfer service, payment processor, POS system, marketplace, credit/debit/prepaid card product, crypto or investment product, or tap-to-pay/NFC product.

2. Staging and beta limitations

Reward Wallet is currently preparing for staging/open beta. Features, availability, participating businesses, and reward programs may change before production launch. Staging access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time.

Staging is expected to be founder-led and free unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Do not rely on staging as a guaranteed production service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

Customers must be at least 18 years old. Business owners must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business they manage. You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Owners and admins may be required to use multi-factor authentication. Owner credential sharing is prohibited.

4. Participating businesses and rewards

Participating businesses define, operate, and fulfill their own reward offers. Reward Wallet provides software infrastructure but is not the seller of the business's separate goods or services.

Rewards and stamps are promotional loyalty records. They have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise or a participating business clearly states different terms that are legally allowed. Businesses are responsible for making their reward requirements clear and for honoring applicable laws for their offers.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Misuse QR codes, replay QR sessions, or create fake reward activity.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person or business.
• Scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
• Try to issue, redeem, alter, or delete stamps without authorization.
• Bypass security, MFA, access controls, or account restrictions.
• Use Reward Wallet for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

6. Account deletion and retention

Customers can request account deletion in the app. Deletion may require email OTP re-authentication and may be queued for processing. Limited records may be retained or de-identified where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, audit integrity, or operation of loyalty transaction records.

7. Suspension and changes

Reward Wallet may restrict or suspend accounts, businesses, reward programs, or access where needed for security, suspected abuse, unauthorized access, legal risk, staging limitations, or operation of the service.

Reward Wallet may update, change, or discontinue features as the staging and production service evolves.

8. Attorney-review placeholders
