Staging feedback

If you are participating in staging/open beta, please include your app role, device type, business name if relevant, what you were trying to do, and the approximate time the issue happened. Do not send OTPs, passwords, authenticator codes, or other sensitive security codes.

Business owner support

For owner MFA, invitation, QR display, stamp issuing, redemption, or store status questions, contact support from the email connected to your owner account when possible.

Missing stamps or refused rewards

Participating businesses define and fulfill their own reward offers. If a stamp is missing or a reward is refused, contact the business first when possible. Reward Wallet may be able to review technical activity records, but the participating business remains responsible for its own offer terms and fulfillment.
