Delete your Reward Wallet account
Customers can request account deletion in the app. If you cannot use the app, contact privacy support from the email connected to your Reward Wallet account.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Reward Wallet app.
- Sign in with the email address for the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile.
- Select Delete profile.
- Read the deletion notice and confirm that you understand the impact.
- Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email.
- Submit the deletion request.
What happens next
- Your active app access is removed after confirmation.
- Your deletion request may be queued and processed later.
- Pending, queued, processing, or failed deletion requests may block login before an OTP is sent.
- Completed deletion deletes, anonymizes, or replaces account email/display information where reasonably possible.
- The same email may be allowed to register again later if supported by backend behavior.
Data that may be retained
Reward Wallet may retain necessary audit, ledger, security, fraud prevention, legal, dispute, provider-log, and business-integrity records. Old Reward IDs/account handles may remain reserved to avoid identity collision or audit confusion.
Do not send OTPs, passwords, authenticator codes, or other sensitive security codes in support messages.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@rewardwalletapp.com from the address connected to your Reward Wallet account and include a short note that you want to request account deletion.
